Acceptance of Terms

By using layersoul.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent), and that you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of Layersoul's website and services.

§ 2

Our Services

Layersoul provides:

• ✦ An e-commerce marketplace for 3D printing supplies, filaments, and pre-made models.
• ✦ Custom FDM and SLA 3D print-on-demand services where you upload your design file.
• ✦ Print consultation and material selection assistance.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

§ 3

Accounts & Registration

To place orders, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• ✦ Provide accurate and current registration information.
• ✦ Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• ✦ Not share your account with any third party.

Layersoul reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent behavior.

§ 4

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. By placing an order, you agree that:

• ✦ You are authorised to use the payment method provided.
• ✦ Order confirmation emails do not constitute final acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.
• ✦ Payment must be completed before production begins on custom orders.

Razorpay is our payment processor. By using it, you also agree to their terms of service. Layersoul does not store card details.

§ 5

Intellectual Property

All content on Layersoul — including logos, product images, UI design, and descriptive text — is the property of Layersoul and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

When you submit a design file for custom printing, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to that file, and that printing it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. Layersoul bears no liability for copyright or IP infringement arising from customer-submitted designs.

§ 6

Custom Printing Services

For custom print orders, you acknowledge that:

• ✦ Print results may vary slightly in colour and finish due to the nature of additive manufacturing.
• ✦ We reserve the right to refuse printing of content that is illegal, harmful, or violates community standards.
• ✦ Once your custom order has entered the printing queue, cancellations and returns are not accepted. See our Return Policy for full details.
• ✦ Uploaded design files are stored securely and used only to fulfill your order.

§ 7

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Layersoul and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

§ 8

Privacy

Your use of Layersoul is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect only what we need to process orders and improve your experience. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Layersoul after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
